Brown Bear Daycare & Learning Center
opened it's doors in April, 2000 to meet
the growing need for childcare in
Harvard, Illinois. We started with just four
classrooms serving 40 children.
Before long, we needed to expand our services. In 2005,
a 15,625 square foot expansion was completed,
adding four more classrooms and almost 100additional childcare seats.

In 2017, we completed
another expansion, funded by
the Illinois Capital Development Board. We added 9 classrooms,
over 100 childcare seats, and over 22,000 square feet
to our facility. Today, we offer a wide range of
programs to the children and families we serve.
Our staff are not only highly qualified, they also
participate in continual educational and professional
development opportunities.
